Do I need an appointment for an estimate?
No. Stop in monday–friday, 8:00–5:00 for a free, written estimate with your car here at the shop. Saturday is by appointment. Prefer to arrange a time? Give us a call.
Will you work with my insurance company?
We work with all major insurance companies. Bring your claim number if you have one. We discuss the estimate with your adjuster, including any additional damage found during repairs.
How long will the repair take?
Timing depends on the damage, parts availability, and insurance approvals. We explain the expected timeframe when we assess your car and keep you updated as the repair moves along.
What if my car cannot be driven?

Spanky's Collision Repair is a family-owned auto body shop at 3300 24th Ave, Hudsonville, Michigan 49426, in Ottawa County. Chris Burns and his father Gordon "Gordy" Burns both do the auto body work; Chris's mother Melissa runs the front office. The shop can be reached at (616) 896-8000 or [email protected] and is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 to 5:00, with Saturdays by appointment. It provides collision and structural repair, panel and dent repair, automotive paint and refinishing, and auto glass installation, and works with all major insurance companies. Structural damage is measured against factory dimensions using the Shark measuring system; refinishing is done in downdraft spray booths using the Standox paint system, with color matched to the vehicle's factory paint code. Written estimates are free, and rental car availability is offered. The business has over 30 years of combined experience and serves Hudsonville, Jamestown, Jenison, Grandville, Holland and Wyoming, Michigan. Under Michigan law, vehicle owners choose their own repair shop.
