Paint & refinishing
Downdraft booths pull airborne dust away from the panel while the paint is still wet, so nothing settles into the finish as it flashes off. Color is mixed to your vehicle's own paint code and blended into the panels either side of the repair.
Our spray booths use downdraft fans that pull contaminants down and away from the vehicle while it's being sprayed, so dust and overspray don't settle into the finish while it flashes.
Color is mixed to your vehicle's paint code and then blended into the panels around the repair rather than stopping at a hard edge. That blend is what keeps a repaired quarter panel from reading as slightly-off against the door next to it, especially on metallics and pearls where the flake orientation shifts with the spray pattern.
Finished panels are baked in the booth so the vehicle leaves fully cured.
Other services
- Collision & structural repairFrame and unibody work starts with measurement. The vehicle is checked against its factory dimensions before anything is straightened.
- Panel & dent repairDamage that stops at the panel, with the structure underneath untouched. You get a straight answer on how long it will take before you commit, and you hear from us while the work is happening rather than after it is finished.
- Auto glass installationGlass is part of most collision repairs and we install it here rather than sending your vehicle out. We also handle glass on its own when that is all a vehicle needs.
A question we get
Do you match the factory paint color?
Yes. Color is mixed to your vehicle's factory paint code and blended into the panels on either side of the repair, including metallics and pearls. Panels are sprayed in a downdraft booth and baked so they leave fully cured. We use the Standox paint system.
